EDUCATION
My own life has taught me the value of therapy. I've learned that the magic of therapy is in building connections. Connection to the therapist, connection to the self, and connection to the important aspects of your life. It is my goal to support you in building and creating practices and awareness that develop more connections to your life. From my own healing journey, I know that each person has their own intrinsic healing power, I want to help you develop and nurture your own healing strengths and strategies so that you can take them into the world outside of the therapy room.

EXPERIENCE
I have been a student of the human emotional process since I learned to read. I knew from an early age I wanted to help people find healing. I have focused nearly all of my education and personal passion on this skill development. In my master's education, I chose Somatic's because I believe in the connection and communication of the body in our healing process and personal journey. I work from feminist and intersectional lenses, I am trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered. I look forward to finding out how I can support your life's journey.
